The Story of SkyWaltz

SkyWaltz is the first Hot Air Ballooning service in India which provides the untethered experience of flying over the cities of Jaipur, Hampi, Pinjore and Agra. SkyWaltz aims to provide the experience of Hot air balloons available in foreign countries and cities like Capadosia in India with ensured safety. The routes taken over the cities are planned to provide the best experience to travelers while visiting the cities most popular monuments, such as Pinjore Gardens, Jaipur forts and Landscapes of Hampi.

The Challenge

SkyWaltz had created a completely new experience available in India, with not many users aware of such a service to be available in India. This meant that a lot of the paid media and social media efforts were spent towards getting the information about hot air balloons to be created in the current target population. Most of the research was based on Consumer behavior from behavior of consumers in cities abroad. The cost per conversion initially was quite high due to low initial brand awareness of the brand.

How We Did It

We planned to create Brand awareness by targeting adventure magazines and people with affinity towards adventure sports. By redirecting the audience to our website we were able to isolate specific pages visited by the audience to determine the pain points and possible questions that the target Audience might have. Through this we got to know that price and safety were the most common queries for SkyWaltz, We used the information gained to design Ads that cater to specific audience types that are likely to engage and convert for SkyWaltz.
